Our Process at Algology is a carefully designed, sustainable cultivation and production system that transforms pure seed stock into premium Spirulina and Phycocyanin. The journey begins with controlled laboratory growth under artificial light using CO₂ and organic nutrients, gradually scaling from small flasks to larger vessels, before moving into basins and expansive raceway ponds where the culture thrives naturally under sunlight. Once optimal growth is achieved, the biomass is efficiently harvested and dewatered, after which it is directed into two high-quality product streams: one for gentle extraction and processing of vibrant blue Phycocyanin, and the other for producing nutrient-rich Spirulina. Both streams undergo precise drying and secure packing, ensuring every final product delivers exceptional purity, potency, and consistency.
